Continuous education for professional qualification is responsible for the improvement of skills that contribute to confronting the challenges of the present world. Professional qualification is an important supplement of engineers’ formal education. Within this context, the paper aims to present the building site monitored program of masonry sealing using concrete blocks adopted by the Construction Community of Recife in Brazil, coordinated by the Brazilian Association of Portland Cement. It is a national movement to integrate the production chain and increase the performance of the cement-based construction systems, it was launched in 2002 with the construction syndicates and various national and local institutions. The methodology considered stages ranging from making the work feasible to organizing the activities, to operation and monitoring the results. As a contribution, it stresses the dissemination of knowledge to the members of the Construction Community and other professionals that may be interested.
