Tutoring programs at higher level education as a form of educational work aimed at the student´s academic development opens communication channels between both central characters in the educational setting, enabling the improvement of the learning – teaching practice.
The general objective of the Institutional Academic Tutoring Program is to improve the quality of the educational process trough personalized attention towards the problems that affect students performance, in order to improve learning conditions as well as developing values, attitudes, habits and stills that contribute with the integrity of both professional and human development
