For the engineering of the Faculty of Exact, Physical and Natural Sciences, National University of Córdoba, most of the improvement plans have become innovative experiences, installing and integrating the institutional academic life with significant results, enduring over time and encouraging changes in the dynamics and educational opportunities. One of the main actions are having good results is the creation Reflection Workshop Practice, intended for academic Faculty in particular. At each meeting trying to create a participatory space for reflection from work and on their own practices, as well as innovative design strategies for the development of specific skills. The support of the former allows the group of practicing teachers implement small innovations and go through a progressive approach, performing a critical understanding of teaching.
