Propuesta de Modelo Pedagógico Para la Enseñanza de la Ingeniería

As the Engineering who has the task of designing, implementing and managing technology, it was found that there is a gap between the production and engineering education. This gap continues to widen as far as techno-scientific advances continue to develop. We also observed differences between what each actor, internal and external to the education of the teaching of engineering expected from one another by highlighting the issue of vocation, dropout and
graduation extension. The pedagogical model proposed in an attempt to find a solution to this reality is structured on three dimensions. An anthropological dimension supported by the current
of thought and vision personalistic psychology of learning. A teleological dimension to answer: why an engineering ?, why study engineering?. A methodological dimension to answer: What should be a pedagogical model for engineering education?
