2010 IFEES Award Banquet Speech Available Here
During the recent World Engineering Education Forum, IFEES presented the inaugural IFEES Global Award for Excellence in Engineering Education to Dr. Richard Felder. The evening started with a local performance, followed by speeches from the President of IFEES member, Institute of Engineers Singapore, Er. Ho Siong Hin, and Dr. Felder. Dr Felder's speech, "We Hold These Truths to be Self-Evident" can be downloaded here.
Update from IFEES Secretariat
The new fiscal year has begun, and several things are in motion at the IFEES Secretariate Office:
1) Krishna Vedula is now the sitting President of IFEES. We thank Lueny Morell for her leadership for the past two years, and look forward to working with Dr. Vedula.
2) Five new members have been elected to the Executive Committee - please visit the "About IFEES" page to see your newly elected Executive Committee members.
3) Invoices for Fiscal Year 2011 (October 2010 - September 2011) will be sent out before the end of the calendar year. Please email the Secretariat Office if you have any questions about your membership.
