This paper will share findings from the study on the incidence the software for project management, called Qosqo, has had in the context academic and institutional in Universidad Tecnológica Nacional in its Facultad Regional de Tucumán (UTN-FRT). Will be discussed on the effectiveness of the tool in relation teacher-student and academic performance in tracking project management. There are a lot of benefits derived from implementation of Qosqo, which are included from monitoring of student progress, as well as improving the learning process in project management. This software is used as support for different entities of UTN-FRT, such as departments, divisions, secretaries and subjects taught in the different degrees offered by that school. Over time it became a key tool to facilitate learning project to engineering students and professionals.
