The environmental issue confronts us with a new rationality. It requires vision and overcome the sectorial specialist treatment, compared with a complex spatial organization, is overwhelmed in their possibilities of understanding and intervention. The challenge of teaching and the new models of pedagogical education are to develop a new way of thinking and expressing ideas, leading
to interpret environmental phenomena from an integrative perspective. In this context, it aims to incorporate into the curriculum of engineering courses at the Faculty of Exact Sciences, Engineering and Surveying of the UNR, the subject “Integrated Management for sustainability.” Its purpose is to contribute to the training of professionals capable of understanding, propose and generate ways to respond to the problems associated with the development, from the perspective of the new paradigm of sustainability.
