In order to innovate integrating the latest didactics methods in the design of software application and tools to promote learning in intermediate and higher studies and vocational training in the company. This paper presents the advances of an interdisciplinary group that brings together a psychologist, two doctors in engineering of software and two doctoral students who are also lecturers at the secondary school and universities of Spain and Argentina. During the ongoing research work the first requirements needed by the teacher in his practice, have been defined as the application of the tools. This requirements will be useful to develop and implement a future project with the basis of open-source software available with the names of Project RedDwarf and OpenWonderland. Finally, the preliminary conclusions reached are presented.
