Formación de Estudiantes en Investigación y Desarrollo en Etapas Tempranas de la Carrera

This paper shows a methodology applied in the university with engineer students. The goal is the research and development training of early years students, providing an environment for students to learn through direct experience. The necessary steps to realize this methodology are shown along with the advantages of using it and the obtained results of the experience. This article makes clear evidence that it is possible in a short time to train students in a specific domain, train them to work together to meet even complex tasks, participate in conferences, take courses, etc.. The proposed methodology can be implemented at other universities
