Get connected: Empowering women and enriching careers
The WES Annual Conference, Get connected: Empowering women and enriching careers will take place at University College London (UCL) from 9:30am – 5pm on Friday 12 May, 2017.
This year’s theme is all about enriching careers through connection and planning. With WES, you will explore ways for taking charge of your career and planning for the future, and empowering yourself and others.
WES is accepting session proposals through March 31, 2017. Proposed sessions should be presented with topical content in an accessible way for an informed general engineering or technical audience. The focus should be on the relevance to women in engineering.

- Mentoring and coaching for women in STEM
- CPD and Leadership for technical women
- Personal goal setting and lifelong learning
- Career planning in the engineering and technical sectors
- Recruitment and early career
