ESTILOS DOCENTES Y ESTRATEGIAS DIDACTICAS PARA INGRESO A CARRERAS DE INGENIERIA

In this work we aboard the problematic of the access, the permanence at the University and the didactic strategies for a global analysis of the question. We have analyzed the situation of the FRD at the UTN related to methodological proposals, learning models, teaching styles and we have looked for ways of permanency management. We have analyzed the existence of relations between the entrant´s schools of origin and we have tried to improve the articulation of them adding arrangements and approaching strategies.
The operative question and its academic development have been enriched in its methodological development adopting a multidisciplinary style, investigating the previous conditions that prevent entrants from accessing or limit them from passing the propedeutic course and their advance in the grade with a shelling compatible with their personal situation.
