Desafíos a Resolver en la Formación de Emprendedores Tecnológicos

In a model of GEM (1), Argentina is in a group of economies of efficiency, in which the rate of creation of companies based on the discovery of opportunities is about 20% lower than in the innovation economies group-driven, with the need and impact of driving new business.
Our work focused primarily on the characteristics of the education of two cohorts of the last level of the career of Systems Engineers. We start the analysis of epistemological and methodological restrictions imposed by the career curriculum related to the type of issues studied and the methodologies of teaching. The assessment would indicate that creativity and divergent thinking are not consistently encouraged through the curriculum. So the traditional education model for systems engineers, would not favor the development of technological innovators and entrepreneurs.
