Camino a una Didáctica de la Informática

This paper proposes a special didactic of informatics as a discipline and its teaching and learning processes.
This Methodology Didactics-Pedagogical proposal contains a series of theoretical contributions as well as research, development and production lines around Computer Sciences and Higher
Education.
We start with a general overview that includes the following areas:
– Hardware and learning theories, as theoretical framework.
– Informatics and didactic concerns.
– Informatics and learning modalities.
In the context of the proposed methodology we highlight the student’s role as the protagonist of their
own learning and the role of the teacher as a facilitator of the process.
Finally, the classroom experience in 2010 and 2011 is shared.
